The Inspired Bride Wedding Design will assist you in the planning of your wedding from the establishment of your budget through to the tossing of the bouquet.
Our full event coordination service is designed for the client who would like to have all of the wedding details planned and presented for final approval.

Let us assist you in the determination of the most essential elements of the wedding, such as:

We will advise you on all of the decisions you need to make, provide options from which you may choose and establish a timetable to keep you aware of where we are in the process.

We will advise your wedding party and families of where they need to be, what they need to expect, and when the various wedding day activities will unfold, beginning with the rehearsal dinner through the entire day of the event.
As planner, coordinator, consultant, and designer, our job is to relieve you of the stresses and pressures of wedding planning so you may enjoy the wedding planning process while maintaining as much of your normal daily life routines as possible.
Partial Event Coordination
Perhaps you are well under way with the planning of your wedding and as that special date on the calendar quickly approaches you realize there are still many items remaining on your to-do list and the stress begins to rise. Perhaps things get busy at work or something pops up, such as an unexpected business trip.
The Inspired Bride Wedding Design can be brought in at any point in the wedding planning process. We will first meet to determine where you are in the process and go from there.

We will become the main contact on your behalf for bringing the final stages of planning and executing your event together.

Month-Of Coordination
The Month-of Coordination Service will really feel like you’ve had help from the beginning.

We tailor this service to your specific needs and will be available via phone conversations, emails and up to three face-to-face meetings to answer your general wedding planning questions. It is our pleasure to provide input, make suggestions and offer helpful advice. We want to see you succeed!

Thirty days prior to your wedding date, we will formulate a timeline for you, your wedding party, your families and your vendors to use as their guide for the set-up, installation and execution of your event. As the month progresses we update and make revisions to the timeline as the event planning enters its final stages from the ceremony rehearsal to the cutting of the cake through to the final dance of the evening.

Month-Of Coordination Plus Design

This service includes everything encompassing our Month-of Coordination service, as well as beautiful wedding design and décor created especially for your event. If you have a theme or design style in mind, share it with us and we will develop it in keeping with your budget and the physical environment of your venue. If you don’t quite know what you want for your décor, or are unsure of your design style, let us assist you in discovering it!

Flowers and Floral Design
Let our professional floral designers create breathtaking ceremony, reception and wedding party flowers for your event while keeping with your color palate, design theme and budget. We handle all the ordering, creation, delivery, placement and staging of your flowers at your venue.
Ala Carte Services
Budget Creation and Management
For $500, this service includes the establishment of your wedding budget, a special wedding bank account if you desire, tracking expenses and payments by type with due dates, and a final accounting from the planned budget to your actual expenses.

Design and Creation of Gift Bags with Delivery

Prices start at $225, excluding the cost of materials and products.

Romantic Staging of the Wedding Suite

Prices start at $250, excluding the cost of materials and products.

Element by Element Custom Wedding Design
We’ve all heard it said: “The difference is in the details.” What sets your wedding apart from others is all in the fine detail and finishing touches.

We can create those finishing touches for you.

Perhaps you’d like a beautiful design created for the place settings at your dinner tables or a well-coordinated look for a candy buffet or gourmet coffee bar. Do you need decorative directional signage leading your guests to your event and around your venue? What about a breathtaking backdrop for the wedding ceremony? We create a look for these design elements that are in keeping with other wedding design elements you’ve made yourself or purchased, assemble it and deliver it to you.

We can offer custom sewing for many items, including:
